Our fee structure is designed for when work actually occurs instead of paying a higher fee for the “what ifs.” The “what ifs” do not happen often, so we believe they should only be billed for when they occur.
We charge a low one time marketing/showing/leasing fee (charged on first full month of lease) based on the rental price of the property. After that our monthly full service property management fee is $100 per month. It's our way of saying thank you for all the hard work, dedication and patriotism. Thank you!

Other Services and Fees
Major Project Management Fee – 10% of project cost
Only charged for property repairs / improvements we manage / oversee beyond a regular maintenance service call. Example: Roof replacement including property visits, bids and project oversight.
Eviction Fee – $250
Only applied when Wright Property Management Group takes over management of a property with tenant already in place.
