As Owner & President of Wright PMG, Ron oversees leasing, conducts business development, and sets the strategic direction of the company.

A nationally recognized 20 year hospitality veteran, Ron has been General Manager and Revenue Manager of both small and large (850+ units) hotels & world class resorts. After accomplishing his hospitality goals, Ron transferred his skills to banking, serving as Vice President of Payment Systems & Unsecured Consumer Line of Credit for one on the nation’s largest credit unions where he was recipient of the prestigious Credit Union Times® – Trailblazer Award™, the industry’s highest award for innovation of products and services.

 

His ability to uniquely blend these two fields together along with his project management skills have allowed Ron to consistently demonstrate his ability to create, manage and implement projects and manage day-to-day operations/service that both meet and exceed expectations and value. A native Marylander, Ron was born and raised in Anne Arundel County where he currently lives with Monica, his wife of 27 years. Their son is graduating University of Maryland, College Park with a double degree and and their daughter is graduating Broadneck High School.

 

Ron has earned his Certified Lodging Manager (CLM) designation from the Hotel & Motel Association of America, Masters of Science Business Management (MSB) from University of Atlanta, Project Management Certification (CPM) from George Washington University, and is a graduate of the prestigious Furman University BAI/CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management (GSRBM) at Furman University.
